These shipments are of appliances that in most time, acquired a scratch or dent either leaving the factory, or during customer delivery. We then evaluate and determine the quality of the item and the lowest price we can sell it for. Each appliance is tested before coming to our store, and tested once again by us before leaving our store for customer delivery or pickup.
